This workshop provides essential skills needed for understanding and applying data to solutions creation and systematic decision making. For most organizations who have Data Driven Strategies, the critical success factors are often IT, Management and People. This workshop equips participants with the ability to frame the situation, analyse data and synthesise insights using Excel and present solutions in a highly “question-proof” way.
